We provide most of what you need as servants on the go! All our apartments are fully furnished. See the full list below.

Furniture 
 • Sofa, chairs, and end tables
 • Bookshelves and entertainment center
 • Lamps and wall art
 • Bedding, pillows and blankets
 • Towels and washcloths

Kitchenware 
 • Dinnerware, baking plates, utensils, and cookery
 • Dishes, pots, and pans
 • Silverware and serving spoons, etc
 • Glasses, cups, pitchers
 • Mixer, crockpot, food processor, coffee pot, etc.

*Entertainment systems include basic antenna TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

Comfort 
 • In-unit air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans

Cleaning supplies 
 • Basic cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathroom are free to use to help with transition and then we ask that tenants replace used items for the next tenant.

Other amenities 
 • Decorative touches like paintings and mirrors
 • Children's games, toys, books, DVD’s
 • Baby equipment such as: cribs, crib sheets and blankets, pack n plays, high chairs, stroller, bath tub, toys
